| We do not allow pets and do not allow smoking inside this house, for sake of those who may be allergic to those odors. Check in time is after 4 pm on Saturday. Please do not plan on arriving earlier as our cleaning persons may not be done with their work and you will not be allowed to enter the house until it has been cleaned. Check out time is at 11 am on Saturday. Please be prepared to check out at that time. Tenants shall leave the house as they have found it and clean the house according the cleaning rules checklist that will be provided at check-in. Tentants shall not use the premises for any unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisances upon or about the premises. Please do not park in the neighbor's yard or this property's yard. The unit has a telephone. The telephone line has a 1+block that prohibits direct dialing of long distance calls.
